If you are considering commissioning an Aboriginal design, questions about provenance, authenticity, appropriation and licensing can be intimidating and a source of confusion. To this end, we have taken the lead on developing best-practice licensing with Aboriginal intellectual property lawyer Terri Janke, and our process is hailed as one of the most robust in the country.
